Day 38: Live music & Art Experience

Last night I went to watch my housemate, Florian, and his friends create live music, whilst some artists painted live artwork onto a wall of the warehouse-like theater building. They are incredibly talented! Check them out (The Jefferson Slim Sheik Experience) on facebook, or here for some music tracks. They play experimental instrumental psychedelic music and it really is incredible! I loved how chilled the gig was. We were all sat (or lying down in my case) on cushions on the floor, watching people doing live art and the sillhouettes of the musicians behind a projector screen. The whole experience, lasting about three hours, was very peaceful and moving and had a meditation-esque vibe to it. I really enjoyed it!

As for tomorrow’s post, my challenge that I completed today may have failed quite hilariously! I am freaking out slightly!
