Day 53: “Mixed Tapes”

Something I have been wanting to do for a while but never getting round to it was to create a couple of playlists that remind me of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Phoenix, Arizona (my childhood home cities). Today was the day I finally managed to MAKE A START! I will be adding as I come across more songs that I remember and of course removing any that I think don’t do the playlist justice. But for now I have two solid albums of nostalgic songs ready to listen to. I even burnt the CDs to play in the car – but they didn’t work as technology is allergic to me.

British Trampoline Championships Day 1: Podium Training

So this afternoon’s training was going to be my activity for the day, but I did have time this morning before we set off for our mini road trip to complete another (above!). It’s quite fortunate that I did manage to do another activity because I haven’t got much to say about the podium training today…

Training went well. Trampolines good. I feel nervous and excited for the weekend. Looking forward to competing!

Over and out.
